The subject of the research is the problems of socialization of the economy in the context of increasingly intensive progress of technology and society. The article discusses the relationship of scientific and technological progress, economic development and the problems of socialization of the economy, analyzes the impact of the scientific and technological revolution on the development of human society, consciousness. Artificial intelligence makes its own adjustments to the development of the economy and society, increasing the growth of pessimism, forming new challenges to humanity. The research substantiates the view that it is necessary to look for new ways to form a harmonious development of the world, based not so much on the economic rationality of using the "human resource", together with all resources, but to look for new ways to improve the main one of them - human, social.
