Socialization of young specialist personality in modern educational space

Main approaches towards the research of the process of socialisation of the young specialist into professional environment in the conditions of educational system transformation are presented in the article. Peculiarities of professional socialisation in accordance with the main functional tasks of higher school at the present stage are considered.
