98 patients with gonarthrosis of II-III Stage (according to N.S. Kosinskaya) at the age of 60-76 years were studied. In our Centre's clinic the patients were subjected to the surgeries intended for restoration of limb biomechanical axis using the knee decompression and increased revascularization of articular ends. As a result of treatment the positive dynamics of associated somatic diseases and life quality improvement was considered as favourable in 49% of cases, relatively favourable - in 47,9% of cases, and questionable - in 3,1% of patients.
