The problem of social adaptation of students at High Educational Establishments is analyzed, and also the basic problems and special features of adaptation of students to the conditions of High Educational Establishment are revealed. Furthermore, in the article the basic methods of solution of the successful social-psychological adaptation of students to their professional preparation are formulated.
