Social identity of soldiers and their adaptation to military environment

The article presents results of the empirical research concerned with the features of the social identity of soldiers and their adaptation to the military environment. The research involved 350 military servants aged 18 - 24 years old. The authors conclude that there are some types of ethnic identity, substantial features of the identity, intensity of civil identity of respondents with various adaptive abilities and aggression levels.
