Social identification of inhabitants of municipal formations of Zabaikal region

The author considers the problems of social identification of the municipal formations of the Zabaikal region in the context of municipal reforms. The political participation as a factor of identification of inhabitants with the place of residence is considered. The author highlights the actual problems of the identification of inhabitants of municipal formations and marks the possible ways of their overcoming.
