In the first part of the work basic provisions of the concept of social evolution of F. von Hayek, the supporter of English true individualism are considered. The concept is based on reductionism and irrationalism, on inability of human mind to bring rationality in natural "unforeseen" order of a society. According to F. von Hayek the order is better created by market and self- organization based on freedom and responsibility of the individual. The weak and disputable aspects of the concept as well as its unsystemacy are shown.
