Social loafing and its connection with dispositional characteristics of individuals: an overview of foreign studies of the issue

The article is devoted to the problem of social loafing and its connection with dispositional characteristics of individuals. The authors analyze the studies devoted to this issue and present an overview of theoretical assumptions about thedirections of further studies in this field made by psychology researches. On this ground, the authors outline possible variants of empirical researches on connection between personal features and social loafing.
