In modern conditions, the socialization of the market economy, the activation of the social function raised the question of the social responsibility of business. This complex issue presupposes the creation of new implementation mechanisms and appropriate institutions of social responsibility of business. All this requires the use of effective tools for the implementation of social responsibility. The state, society and business must find acceptable incentives for these changes. They should take a pragmatic approach to those problems that require a rational and timely solution.
