Social responsibility of private companies and prevention of youth migration in the region of presence

the article draws attention to the experience of NAC OAS "Azot" in the prevention of migration of young people working at its enterprises. The strength of the company is economic, so the company can afford to pay sufficient attention to social policy in relation to its staff of young people. The main directions of social youth policy are described. It is established that their influence on the migration mood of young people is very effective.
