Social responsibility and productive democracy at the enterprises of the Donetsk region: research results

This research deals with the state of productive democracy and social responsibility at the enterprises and organizations of the Donetsk region. The scientific novelty is application of the theoretical foundations of the social audit conception for formulation and solving of the stated problem, as well as employment of the social audit technology elements as a mechanism of the social development management system. The research results indicate a greater dissatisfaction with various aspects of the labor relations expressed by the coal industry employees, which could be one of the prerequisites for the mass protest actions.
