Social responsibility of an international company in the regions of Russia

The paper discusses the concept of 'social responsibility'. Great attention is paid to the history of development of the Danone company in Russia. Its social work is analyzed, in particular, the unique system of labor protection called 'WISE', the program of voluntary medical insurance applied in all enterprises of the company; examples of social projects implemented by Danone in Russia and other countries are given.
