Social responsibility of public service in the context of community development

The article analyses the importance of the social responsibility principle in the Russian public service as a foundation of the social duties system and the way of efforts integration of all participants of social partnership. In the framework of this principle implementation the authors concretize its substantial parts: development of ideology, standardjustification and specification of moral and ethical requirements, development of institutional mechanisms. The choice of the priorities of political power’s social responsibility development in the context of community development is substantiated.
