Social employment supportcitizens of pre-pension age

The article is devoted to the main directions of social support for employment of citizens of pre-retirement age in the framework of the federal project "Older Generation" of the national project "Demography". Statistical data, reports of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, and employment centers were used. Measures for the implementation of measures for vocational training and additional vocational education for persons of pre-retirement age are analyzed. A brief description of the measures developed by the employment centers to promote the employment of citizens of pre-retirement age in Kazan is given.Key words: additional professional education, employment of citizens of pre-retirement age, advanced training, loss of qualification, professional training, employment center.
