Social policy of state and organization

In article deals with the influence of such general factors as country economic and social situation, spiritually-moral condition of a society, and state social policy on the social environment of an organization, a standard of well-being and quality of employees' work life. The author pays special attention to state social policy in modern Russia. Social sphere is the basic object of influence of social policy.
