Social policy as a tool for social state building

The article deals with the priorities of the state administration in the sphere of family-related policy. There are considered the following issues: two models of social policy - neoliberal and social-democratic; change in the economic status of family with birth of child; support of mobility on the labour market; social differentiation; modernization of the healthcare; reforms in the sphere of education and the rights of children with disabilities; alimony payment arrears; social orphanhood.
