Social policy at the enterprise, the factor of personnel motivation increase. Abstract: the Article is devoted to personnel motivation. The article deals with the tools of motivation of personnel, which contribute to the successful development of the organization. The instrument under consideration is social policy. The main objectives of the social policy of the organization are to improve the efficiency of work, creating conditions for social protection of workers.
