The enterprise social policy as an instrument of staff motivation

The article is devoted to motivating personnel. The article discusses the tools to motivate staff that contribute to the development of aspen organization. The instrument under consideration is social policy. The main persons of social policy of the organization are increase of efficiency of work, creation of conditions of social security of workers.
