Social prevention of deviant behaviour in public places (on the example of Kaliningrad)

In article the problem of social prevention of deviant behavior in public places from the point of view of S. Ling's concept "voluntary adoption of risk" is considered. Relying on the social factors defining installations and causing of practice of deviant behavior, such as insufficient control of performance of the existing laws, influence of reference groups, a factor of voluntary adoption of risk and formation of a concept of socially acceptable risk, were made practical recommendations about regulation of deviant behavior in public places.
