Social environment as an element of involvement of minors in the illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues

Introduction: the article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the social conditioning of the involvement of minors in the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues in modern conditions. Materials and Methods: the study materials were theoretical sources concerning the social environment of minors involved in the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues, as well as the results of the author's specific sociological study conducted in the first quarter of 2021 among minors and employees of juvenile affairs units law enforcement bodies, and the results of a study conducted by the All-Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion in 2021. Results: the article proposes a classification of the social environment of minors involved in the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues. Discussion and Conclusions: the author examines the main aspects of the social conditioning of the involvement of minors in the illegal circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues at the present stage of the development of society.
