Social security of disabled people in the field of employment

The article is devoted to the analysis of the situation of people with disabilities in the Russian labor market. The results of a sociological survey of disabled people conducted in Moscow in 2018 served as an empirical basis for the paper. The restrictions imposed by persistent health disorders were considered in combination with other types of barriers in the Russian labor market. In addition to objective indicators, subjective assessments of factors complicating the search for a suitable job and employment were studied.
