Social and anthropological foundations project activities

The dualism of human entity is evident in the project activity. The individual anthropogenic nature of people constantly conflicts with the social forms of their being. Partial resolution of this conflict is possible with the development of project activity, inherent in more or less every individual and their various associations. It has become increasingly apparent that project activity is the ancestral quality of a human being. It can be developed by training, and the realization of this universal quality must be organized in an optimal way, taking into account the specifics of social and individual activity of the subjects. An activist approach to project design and management opens new perspectives in the research and practical development of project activities. It is pertinent to note that within the framework of a short article one can only draw the outline of project activity in the context of the theory of activity.
