Sociodemographic and qualified characteristic of traumatologists-orthopedists of medical institutions in Stavropol region

Sociodemographic and qualified characteristics of the traumatologists-orthopedists of Stavropol region were analyzed. As of 2015 high labor potential of trauma and orthopedics service was found. Contingent of Medical Doctors under 45 y.o. is equal to 52.4% and 100% doctors are certified. 89.6% of Medical Doctors have not less than 3 years’ work experience in trauma and orthopedics, but only 42.9% were apprised and got corresponding qualification grade. 51.8% (n=69) of Medical Doctors under 35 y.o. have not qualification grade that is indicative of poor motivation of recent graduates for advanced trainings.
