Social-demographic peculiarities and approaches to treatment of patients with job loss danger

The group of patients with threat of job loss was studied. Among the examined ones there was predominance of women (82,93 %) with sufficiently high level of education, mean age of patients of this group was 45±7,3 years. This age approximated to a «critical» one for possible employment in the case of job loss. In the clinical picture of revealed mental disorders anxious-depressive and depressive states dominated. Treatment-preventive program for patients with threat of job loss have been developed which peculiarity is onset of the psychotherapy from the first days of treatment. More than 90 % of patients have been discharged with practical recovery.
