Socio-demografic and ethnic history of Middle Volga Turkic's settlements from the late XVIII century to the middle of the XIX century

The article deals with the main characteristics of the Turkic settlements in Samara region from the end of the 18th to the midst of the XIX century. The authors characterize the main trends of the economic activity of the settlers, and the interaction of the ethnic groups.
