Socio-philosophical aspects of dynamics of global economic institutions

The main goal of discursive management is to achieve the ideal of a communicative society, and this requires the proclamation of the principles of universal agreement and equality and the development of an appropriate regulatory framework. In the economic sphere, this can be realized in smoothing the contradiction between developed and developing countries. The principle of discursive management creates such conditions under which the countries of "peripheral capitalism" can freely and openly defend their rights along with the countries of the "capitalist center".
