Social-philosophic analysis of legal education (some aspects)

The undertaken social-philosophic analysis of modern legal education allows to set the targets for the development of pedagogical science. The necessity of taking into account the materialistic conditionality of legal education in pedagogical process, particularly as regards economically polarized society, is proved. The distinction between legal and moral consciousness is shown, inadmissibility of their identification is emphasized. Possible consequences of the opposition between the actual and desirable conditions of legal consciousness are considered.
