Social-philosophical analysis of legal education in modern conditions

The undertaken social-philosophical analysis of modern legal education allows to plan directions to the development of a pedagogical science. The necessity of taking into consideration in the pedagogical process the materialistic conditionality of legal education is proved, that is especially necessary in economically polarized society. The distinction of legal and moral consciousness is showed; the focus is brought to inadmissibility of their identification. The possible consequences of the opposition of real and due condition of legal consciousness are considered.
