Socio-philosophical analysis of state authority’s legitimacy conditions

The social cataclysms of the 21 st century necessitate to carry out a socio-philosophical analysis of conditions of state power legitimacy. The author distinguishes the following conditions of the legitimacy: 1) effective self-advertisement; 2) optimal HR management; 3) amorphism; 4) tolerance; 5) lability; 6) ability to manipulate the social needs: dominant (wants of private property and of suffrage) and overbuilt (moral and economic wants). The factors, which are listed at items 3-6, require moderation. The dual morality is a factually necessary condition of the legitimacy.
