Socially and professionally strong youth: demand, challenges, prospects

The article deals with the social and economic status of Russia. The authors consider why the governmental decisions are stuck, and discuss the role of socially and professionally strong youth in the state policy implementation, as well as the methods of developing the youth''s competitive advantages by means of the career growth centers.
