Social and information technologies in spiritual development and education: past, present, future

The article presents the basic concepts of the theory of social and information technologies by N.Slyadneva and her followers and shows its prospects for research and practice in the field of spiritual enlightenment. They prove the continuity of printed book culture and e- culture in spiritual enlightenment. It raises the question on the criteria of the effectiveness of orthodox libraries.
