Socio-information technologies in modern cultural genesis

In the article the outstanding Russian scientist N.. Slyadneva describes the main provisions of the theory of social information technologies. The author argues that the leading line of world development - the formation of a new information regime, characterized by the intellectualization of modern information space in all its aspects. It is proved that the information as a universal resource was the basis for a new type of social technologies, social information technologies, acting creative tools of cultural Genesis. Considered socially-information technologies past and present, the experience and prospects of the use of social information technologies in sociocultural design.
