Socio-economic support for fertility in the Russian Federation

Economic growth of any country largely depends on labor productivity and stable growth of the labor force, which makes the ratio of supply and demand in the labor market optimal. Recent years in the Russian Federation are characterized by a decrease in the birth rate, which is why demographers are sounding the alarm, this may lead to a decrease in economic efficiency in all areas in the future. That is why various state programs such as "Demography" are currently actively supported, and specialized departments are developing and implementing various measures aimed at increasing the birth rate. But one of the most significant types of socio-economic support are benefits, payments, compensation. The article examines the dynamics of the birth rate in the Russian Federation in recent years, makes an analysis, studies modern methods of state support for the birth rate in the form of benefits, and proposes the author's classification of measures to stimulate the birth rate.
