Social and economic factors of price setting in the labor market

The article studies an influence of the socioeconomic factors on the price setting in the labour market. The undertaken research shows that the labour market pricing is an indicator of the national welfare, efficiency and stability of the socioeconomic policy. The labour price includes not only a wage, but also some dynamic and flexible forms of payment which emerge on different stages and hierarchical levels of the economic relationship system.
