Socio-economic situation of Kyrgyz cities

In the Kyrgyz Republic, market conditions had a negative impact on the survival conditions in small and medium-sized cities, where a closed enterprise arrived at a mass departure from the bottom of the population and created significant areas of unfulfilled, abandoned or sold at abandoned prices housing. The authorities are taking measures to attract investment to these regions for the creation of new products, reconstruction and re-equipment of existing ones. Funds are allocated for the development of hydropower and the tobacco industry.
