Socio-economic development of the Astrakhan and Volgograd region: a comparative analysis for 2015-2017

This article is devoted to the comparative analysis of socio-economic development of Astrakhan and Volgograd region for 2015-2017. Based on the characteristics of the situation of each of the regions under consideration, the article analyzes the key parameters of regional development of these territories. The main regulatory legal acts defining development of these territories for last years (2015-2017) and taking into account the prospects for the development of the regions for the planned 2018 year, are: the program "Departmental target program "Strategic planning of socio-economic development of the Astrakhan region for 2016-2018" And the law of the Volgograd region from 21.11.2008 №1778-OD "on the strategy of socio-economic development of the Volgograd region until 2025".
