Sanction pressure is a determining factor shaping trends in the development of the domestic economy both in the short term and long-term patterns of national technological development. In the article, the results of socio-economic development during the second wave of sanctions are presented and interpreted as the result of a targeted policy of ensuring technological sovereignty implemented by the country’s authorities both during the first wave of sanctions 2014-2022 and the second wave of sanctions 2022-2024. The intermediate results of this policy are assessed and optimal solutions in the field of tools for managing the international anti-sanctions agenda are identified, those areas that require additional attention from the state in the context of current logistical and foreign economic restrictions, as well as the agenda of the country’s technological sovereignty are identified. Based on the review of domestic and foreign experience of the economy functioning under external pressure, a system of forecasts and recommendations has been developed, under which the optimal forecast for Russia’s development will be most likely.
