Socio-economic development of rural areas of the Krasnodar territory

Creating conditions for the development of rural areas in the regions is an important project, since it predetermines not only a balanced resettlement of the economically active and employed population of the country, but also solves the problem of territorial development. It is traditionally believed that rural areas provide the country with agricultural products, therefore, increasing the attractiveness of these lands for permanent residence by the able-bodied population will only strengthen the potential of the agro-industrial complex in the country as a whole. The development of infrastructure in rural areas involves not only the presence of kindergartens, schools, hospitals and hospitals, fire stations, police departments, but also an assessment of the state of retail facilities, gasification and heat supply, water supply and sewerage, medical and preventive organizations. It is also necessary to consider the amount of investment in fixed capital at the expense of the budget of the municipality, information on the commissioning of housing, the number of settlements served by postal services. The article presents the results of work in terms of developing the socio-economic attractiveness of the Krasnodar Territory for 2021. This will allow us to determine the strengths and weaknesses in relation to other regions of the country, including in the context of the federal districts of the Russian Federation.
