The socially orientated state outside the realties of socialistic doctrine

The article analyses the essence of the socially orientated state by examining the premises of ideological trends on the social role of the state which later established themselves as the classical categories of “socialism” and “capitalism” and by considering the requisite and suffcient conditions for a transition toward a new economic system. The author describes the presence of market economy within the socially orientated state.
