Socially oriented non-profit organizations in contemporary Russia: the problem of resource security

The article is devoted to the problem of resource of socially oriented non-profit organizations (NPO). The article describes the social basis of civil society, characterizes the statistical portrait of the «third sector». The article presents the characteristics of non-profit organizations that are subject to the legislative changes in 2014 can be created in eleven organizational and legal forms. The article analyzes the resource base of socially oriented non-profit organizations, a classification of their resources The paper advocates the position that human resources are fundamental to non-profit organizations, because without social base, without the support of public organizations cannot function effectively.
