Social and educational conditions for organization of music teachers’ education in the Kazan province during the first years of soviet power

For the first time ever socio-pedagogical conditions for the development of musical - pedagogical education in Tatarstan in the 20 th century become the subject of research. The initial period of organizing musical-pedagogical education structures is illustrated in the article as well as conditions of the activities of the first pedagogical establishments that carried out musical training of the teachers at the unified first level labor school.
