Social and pedagogical aspect of Arctic innovative development

In work the results of cameral and empirical researches are provided. The analysis of reports of scientific conferences on questions of Arctic complex safety is carried out. It is established that for the alien population a limiting factor of adaptation are severe climatic conditions, and for the indigenous population - technogenic transformation of the habitat. By Lyusher's test the functional state of the natives school children who are on training in boarding schools of Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District is described. Presence of disadaptation signs at respondents is shown. The conclusion is drawn on need of their correction by means of social and pedagogical technologies. The course of training the school children as volunteers is developed for activities in extreme conditions.
