Socio-political development of the Morin-Dawa Daur autonomous region in 1958-1984

The article studies the features of formation and socio-political development of the Morin-Dawa Daur Autonomous Region during the «big jump» and «cultural revolution» in China. The author explores the development of national autonomy during the first phase of the policy of reform and openness. The article analyzes the formation of the district administration and national staff.
