The relevance of the study of the subjective economic well-being of refugees is determined by the increase in migration flows and the necessity to understand the unique challenges faced by refugees during the adaptation process. The aim of the study is to identify the socio-psychological determinants of subjective economic well-being among refugees. The hypothesis of the study is that the socio-psychological determinants of refugees’ subjective well-being are primarily values, personality traits related to readiness for change, and scenarios of economic behavior. The research methods include theoretical literature analysis, standardized psychodiagnostic testing, mathematical and statistical data processing, and interpretative methods. Th e methodologies used are: the “Subjective Economic Well-Being” questionnaire by V.A. Khashchenko, the “Level of Economic Subjectivity” questionnaire by T.G. Khashchenko, the “Personal Readiness for Change” questionnaire (adapted by N.A. Bazhanova and G.L. Bardier), the economic activity questionnaire by E.V. Zabelina and Yu.V. Chestyunina, the economic behavior scenarios methodology by N.M. Lebedeva and A.N. Tatarko, and the terminal values questionnaire by I.G. Senin. The sample for the study consisted of 396 refugees (54 % men, 46 % women) with an average age of M = 27.6; SD = 9.5. Results: two groups of refugees were identifi ed based on their integral index of subjective economic well-being (with high and low values), and statistically signifi cant relationships were established between socio-psychological characteristics of personality and subjective economic well-being among refugees, highlighting the importance of behavioral att itudes in the economic sphere, strategies for behavior, trends in economic activity, as well as values. For the fi rst time, a regression model of socio-psychological predictors of subjective economic well-being was constructed. It was established that tolerance for ambiguity, achievement values, locus of control in the economic space of life activities, economic activity, values related to active social contacts, an orientation towards material self-suffi ciency and transformative activity, as well as a reflexive attitude towards oneself as a subject of economic relations determine subjective economic well-being among refugees.
