Socio-psychological factors of personnel effectiveness

The article is devoted to socio-psychological factors of personnel efficiency. It examines theory, practice and scientific approaches to this problem. It describes the influence of various socio-psychological factors on the work of employees and shows how they can affect the success of the organization. Recommendations are also given to improve the efficiency of personnel through taking into account socio-psychological factors.
