The socio-psychological analysis of the interaction between mediator and parties during mediation negotiations

The present article considers mediation negotiations as a socio-psychological interaction of a mediator and parties involved. The psychological content of the interaction at various stages, the key functions of the mediator in the interaction are discussed herein.
