Social and labour potential of regional youth as basis for the Russian society innovative activity and modernisation

The results of a sociological research on the issues of social and labour potential of the modern youth are presented. The specificity of social and labour characteristics as well as properties of the Russian youth as a specific labour group in the modern society are analysed.
