Social inequality and its risks in soviet and post-Soviet Russia

The paper deals with concrete historical situations and risks, caused by the social inequality in the period of perestroika and in post-Soviet Russia. The author gives answer to actual questions about the character and dimensions of social inequality in our country as well as about its subjects, objects and social consequences related to different alternatives of social development.
