Social welfare of officers of internal affairs agencies of the Russian Federation

For creation of the democratic and social state, it is necessary to provide legal and social bases of society completely. Many processes which are taking place in the Russian Federation show aspiration to a new stage in development of the public relations, to a new way of creation of the relations between the state and society, society and the personality, the state and the personality.
