Social partnership between the state and civil society: designing regional policy solutions

The article analyzes the participation of civil society in the design of regional political decisions as a special form of social partnership with the state, in which each of the parties contributes specific resources and competencies, combining efforts and increasing the level of effectiveness of these decisions. The author defines the specifics and essence of this partnership, identifies several models for designing political decision-making with the participation of civil society.
